This template should be used to create headers for subpages of EB456S (except for volume pages).

Usage

}}

volume = name of the volume, such as "Second". Mandatory.
previous, next = like in {{header}}, but relative to EB456S. For example, "Dissertation First", or "Equations".
section = name of the section. Defaults to the name of the current subpage.
contributor = like in {{header}}.
