Helper template for creating a data field type entry (with anchor when transcribing.
Usage
[edit]{{fds|1|2|3|@|pb}} ... data ... {{fde}}
Where :
1= Data field name
2= left margin-offset for data (in ems)
3= Left margin-offset for field name (relative to 2) (in ems)
@= (optional) Override anchor generation if field heading contains "illegal" charcters
pb=(optional) Padding/leading adjustment after the field. (in ems)
continuation= Used with this template in a Page: header to mark that the text in the body following is a continuation of the 'field' concerned. Set other parameters as normal and add |continuation=yes
