{{Hill synonyms}}, {{Hill synonyms/s}} {{Hill synonyms/e}} and {{Hill synonym}} are used to format the synonym lists in the relevant pages of Hill's Manual of Social and Business Forms

Usage

The "wrapper" template is {{Hill synonyms}} which takes a single parameter input, being a series of line-feed seperated invocations of {{Hill synonym}}.

{{Hill synonym}} takes 2 parameters,

  • 1 is the "root" word ( and will be displayed in Smallcaps.
  • 2 is the list of synonyms, (and will be displayed in normal caps.)

/s and /e variants are provided for use with Page: ed content.

The /s and /e must be paired within a Page. They will typically be placed in the body of the Page: with the counterpart in the header or footer respectively.
