This is a documentation subpage for Template:Letter.

It should not be nested inside an inline element, e.g. <span>, or a template that produces such an element.

that can be targeted with a work's index styles.css using page styles

Usage

This template is meant to encapsulate a letter within a work, especially if letters have different styling from the rest of the work's content. This template allows a letter to be syntactically separated from normal content, and targeted with CSS.

You can target the output of this template with a CSS selector wst-letter-message (search for wst-letter-message in CSS files)
