Format: {{LinkedTOC_row_1-1-1|Column1|Column2|Column3|PageNameStart}}

Sets up sub-page linking except if namespace is "Page".

On transcluded pages, Column2 will link to [[/{{{PageNameStart}}}{{{Column1}}}]]

Example, PageNameStart="/Section ", Column1="1"

This will show a link to "Title" on the transcluded page, but on the "Page:" namespace, will just show the text "Title".

The third column, aimed at page numbers, will only display on the "Page:" namespace, and will not render on the transcluded page.
