Produces a header template for weekday issues of The New York Times, accurate to the actual header used between November 19, 1901 and January 28, 1910. From December 8, 1908 to January 27, 1909, the top rule line is wider than the rest, but in all other cases, the third is the only wide line; a separate template can be made from this one if necessary. Based on Template:NYT header, by Inductiveload.
