Module:WD version

To list a work on the Author page of an illustrator, where use of their name is redundant; using information imported from Wikidata.

Template parameters
Parameter		Description	Type	Status
QID Main	`1` `qidmain`	The qid number from the main wikidata record.	String	required
QID Scan	`2` `qidscan`	adds a small scan link to the citation	String	suggested

Example

For a work illustrated by Walter Crane,

{{WD version|Q106941989}} produces:

Beauty and the Beast by Gabrielle-Suzanne de Villeneuve, illustrated by Walter Crane (1874)

while {{WD illustrator|Q106941989}} produces:

Beauty and the Beast by Gabrielle-Suzanne de Villeneuve (1874)

excluding the mention of Walter Crane, and so suitable for his Author page.
