Applied protection

I have added first level protection due to the high traffic use of this template. We should consider whether it is settled and deserves higher protection. — billinghurst sDrewth 14:38, 21 December 2010 (UTC)

"Decided" element will not print unless "case no" is populated

If I leave "case no" empty (e.g. because the case reporter does not show a case number assigned) then the "decided" will not print, even though I have a date plugged in. For example, this:
