Expanding beyond specific sources

I see that this is an experimental template—do you plan to write a version that is not specifically coded for Horses and Roads? One problem I see is that this template has a constant number for the offset between the djvu page and the actual page number. Not all sources have a constant offset—some sources (such as September's POTM, Picturesque New Zealand) do not number every page, so the offset grows. Overall, this is an interesting feature!
