Adding a prefix parameter

The initial idea of this template was to easily link numbered paragraphs or sections, when the work continuously numbers them. I've found some cases where the numbering restarts in different chapters, and since the idea was to be as simple as possible (for more complex cases there's {{anchor+}}) my idea is to add a prefix as a second unnumbered parameter i.e.:

• {{pn|num|prefix}}, which emits one of:
  1. {{anchor+|prefix-paranum|num}}
  2. {{anchor+|prefixparanum|num}}
  3. {{anchor+|prefixnum|num}}
