Suppressing the ID
[edit]I've been using this template extensively for CSS-based headings, often with one use for a chapter number followed by another use for a chapter title. Since I have no need of both anchors, I'd like to suppress the chapter-title ID, but there doesn't seem to be a capability for that (only for adding a custom ID). - Actually, I thought of a better way to do this that doesn't require a new parameter (instead setting id to empty i.e.
