- Terrorism Act, 1967 (Act No. 83 of 1967), a South African Apartheid legislation that prescribed for the penalty and jurisdiction of terrorism, and authorized for the detention of terrorists.
- Terrorism Act 2000 (c. 11), an UK Act of Parliament that authorizes the proscription of terrorist organizations, creates terrorist financing and other participatory terrorist offences, and provides for additional power to prevent terrorism.
- Terrorism Act 2006 (c. 11), an UK Act of Parliament that criminalizes encouragement of terrorism, terrorist propaganda and other preparatory acts. Also amends various enactments, particularly the Terrorism Act 2000.
- Terrorism (Northern Ireland) Act 2006 (c. 4), an UK Act of Parliament to continue provisions of Part 7 of the Terrorism Act 2000 until 31 July 2007 and repealing the others.
