The Bar-tender's Guide/Brandy Sling
Brandy Sling.
(Use small bar-glass.)
- Take 1 small tea-spoonful of powdered white sugar.
- Take 1 wine-glass of water.
- Take 1 small lump of ice.
- Take 1 wine-glass of brandy.
Dissolve the sugar in the water, add the brandy, and ice, stir well with a spoon. Grate a little nutmeg on top, and serve.
