The Bar-tender's Guide/Hot Gin Sling
Hot Gin Sling.
(Use medium bar-glass, hot.)
- Take 1 small tea-spoonful of powdered white sugar.
- Take 1 wine-glass of Holland gin.
Dissolve the sugar in a little boiling water, add the gin, fill the glass two-thirds full of boiling water. Grate a little nutmeg on top, and serve.
