The Bar-tender's Guide/Imperial Punch
Imperial Punch.
(One quart of punch.)
- Take 1 bottle of claret.
- Take 1 bottle of soda-water.
- Take 4 table-spoonfuls of powdered white sugar dissolved in a little of the soda-water.
- Take ¼ tea-spoonful of grated nutmeg.
- Take 1 liqueur-glass of Maraschino.
- Take About ½ pound of ice.
- Take 3 or 4 slices of cucumber rind.
Put all the ingredients into a pitcher and mix well.
