The Bar-tender's Guide/Jersey Cocktail
Jersey Cocktail.
(Use large bar-glass.)
- Take 1 tea-spoonful of fine white sugar.
- Take 2 dashes of bitters.
- Take 3 or 4 lumps of ice.
Fill tumbler with cider, and mix well with a spoon, and remove the ice before serving.
