The Bar-tender's Guide/Soda Cocktail 2
Soda Cocktail.
(Use large soda-glass.)
- Take 1 tea-spoonful of powdered white sugar.
- Take 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.
- Take 1 bottle of plain soda.
- Take 3 or 4 small lumps of ice.
Pour the soda-water upon the other ingredients, stir well with a spoon, then remove the ice, and serve.
