Ullat, Ven’ble Ihsam; Archdeacon of Delhi; b. 1857; descended from a Mahamedan family of merchants; educ: Baring High School, Batala; Lahore Divinity College; school master and Evangelist; visited England, and stayed with the Church Army 1886; studied in the Divinity College, Lahore; worked for a decade in the Narowal Mission Parochia Missionary for some years; proceeded again to England 1899;represented at the C.M.S. Centenary; went to U.S.A. for attending lectures in the Moody Bible Institute, Chicago; visited Canada; returned to India, 1900; joined Jhangbar Mission; Archdeacon in the Lahore Diocese 1910; Archdeacon of Delhi, 1912 m. 1889; Address: Lyalpore District, Punjab.
