Satanic Democracy.

The following resolution was adopted by the Democratic State Convention of Wisconsin, met at Madison on the 27th ultimo:—

Resolved, That we are unalterably opposed to the extension of the right of suffrage to the negro race, and will never consent that the odious doctrine of negro equality shall find a place upon the statute book of Wisconsin.
