KENT′VILLE. The capital of King's County, Nova Scotia, Canada, on the Cornwallis River, 55 miles northwest of Halifax (Map: Nova Scotia, K 4). It has mills and factories, and is the headquarters of the Dominion Atlantic Railway. It is a favorite angling and shooting resort. Population, in 1901, 1731.
