The Mount Hope Estate Sold
[edit]Lancaster, Penn., Aug. 14.--Title to the Mount Hope estate in Lancaster and Lebanon Counties was given to-day to Clement B. Grubb. The property contains 2,440 acres, including the Mount Hope furnace and ore banks, the property of the late A. Bates Grubb. The consideration was $300,000.
