Northamptonshire Regt.; son of Sir Herbert Hay, 12th Bart, and Anna Maria (d. 1876), dau. of 3rd Baron Sandys; b. 24th March, 1870; s his father as 13th Bart., 12th Dec, 1909; m. 1st June, 1893, Ethel, dau. of Sir William Emerson-Tennant, 2nd Bart (title extinct), and has issue one son. Res.: Tempo Manor, Co. Fermanagh.
