Hospital; St. Mary's, Hoboken; and New Jersey State Hospital; Surgeon United States Navy, 1917. on transport "America" carrying troops to France: Fellow American College of Surgeons; Member American Medical Association, and various other Medical Societies. Clubs: Automobile, Turf and Field, Metropolitan, New York; Army and Navy, Washington, D.C.: Authors' Club, London, England.
