(U.) for Queen's University in the Parliament of Northern Ireland, 1921; sometime Chairman of Trade Boards in Ireland; b. 4th Nov., 1873, at the Manse, Clogher, Co. Tyrone; second son of Rev. J. Gardner Robb, D.D., LL.D.; m. Emily Constance, youngest dau. of John Ritchie of Ulsterville, Belfast, and has issue one dau.
