R.E., 1900-5: D.A.A.G. at headquarters, 1895-7; European War, 1915, as Gen. Staff Officer; fourth son of 4th Baron Talbot, of Malahide; b. 1854; m. 1911, Eva, youngest dau. of late Col. John Joicey, D.L., J.P., M.P., of Newton Hall, Northumberland, and has issue one son and one dau. Res.: Bifrons, Canterbury.
