[In] line 5 and line 6, the phrase "as recognised by section 4 and section 35 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand" shall be removed.
[In] line 10 and line 11, the phrase "as recognised by section 35 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand" shall be removed.
