Modifying the Penal Code,
2477 Buddhist Era (No. 2)[1]

Phra Bat Somdet Phra Paramin Maha Prajadhipok Phra Pok Klao Chaoyuhua gives a great royal command by which He declares to all as follows:
Whereas the House of Representatives has advised Him that it is appropriate to modify the provisions of certain sections of the Penal Code which have been amended by the Act Amending the Penal Code, 2476 Buddhist Era;
Therefore, by and with the advice and consent of the House of Representatives, He orders with His gracious pleasure that the following Act be enacted:
Section1.This Act shall be called the "Act Modifying the Penal Code, 2477 Buddhist Era (No. 2)".[1]
Section2.This Act shall come into force from the day of its publication in the Royal Gazette onwards.
Section3.The Act Amending the Penal Code, 2476 Buddhist Era, shall be repealed.
Section4.The stipulations of section 368 of the Penal Code shall be as follows:
"Section368.Whoever is still a member of an association despite knowing that the association has been dissolved by a court order shall, Lord says, be held guilty and be punished with imprisonment of not over six months, or a fine of not over a thousand baht, or both the imprisonment and the fine.
Whoever is still a manager of such association shall, Lord says, be held guilty and be punished with imprisonment of not over a year, or a fine of not over two thousand baht, or both the imprisonment and the fine."
Announced on the 29th day of August 2477 Buddhist Era, being the 10th year of the present reign.
Prime Minister
Section 3 of the Act Amending the Penal Code, 2476 Buddhist Era, stated that the stipulations of section 368 of the Penal Code be repealed and replaced by the following stipulations:
"Section368.Whoever is still a member of an association despite knowing that the association has been dissolved by a court order or has been struck out of the register by the registrar shall, Lord says, be held guilty and be punished with imprisonment of not over six months, or a fine of not over a thousand baht, or both the imprisonment and the fine.
Whoever is still a manager of such association shall, Lord says, be held guilty and be punished with imprisonment of not over a year, or a fine of not over two thousand baht, or both the imprisonment and the fine."
