Re: Permitting a prosecutorial public servant to resign from service

Whereas the Order of the Chief of the Council for Democratic Reform No 27/2549 has permitted Nai Chaidet Phonchaiya, senior prosecutor, Office of Criminal Cases, Office of the Attorney General, to resign from service in order to become a Member of the National Anti-Corruption Commission from the 1st day of October 2549 onwards;

This Announcement is therefore made for your information.
