No. 6/2557
Re: Appointment of holders of important positions in the National Council for Peace and Order


In order to smoothly administer the Country and resolve the problems of unrest within the Country, the following persons are appointed to hold positions in the National Council for Peace and Order:

  1. General Prayut Chan-o-cha, Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Thai Army, as Head of the National Council for Peace and Order;
  2. General Thanasak Patimaprakorn, Chief of the Defence Forces, as Deputy Head of the National Council for Peace and Order;
  3. Admiral Narong Pipathanasai, Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Thai Navy, as Deputy Head of the National Council for Peace and Order;
  4. Air Chief Marshal Prajin Juntong, Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Thai Air Force, as Deputy Head of the National Council for Peace and Order;
  5. Police General Adul Saengsingkaew, Commissioner General of the Royal Thai Police, as Deputy Head of the National Council for Peace and Order;
  6. General Udomdej Sitabutr, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Thai Army, as Secretary General of the National Council for Peace and Order.

All this shall come into force henceforth.
