มาตรา ๒ ศาลชั้นต้น ได้แก่ ศาลแพ่ง ศาลแพ่งกรุงเทพใต้ ศาลแพ่งธนบุรี ศาลอาญา ศาลอาญากรุงเทพใต้ ศาลอาญาธนบุรี ศาลจังหวัด ศาลแขวง และศาลยุติธรรมอื่นที่พระราชบัญญัติจัดตั้งศาลนั้นกำหนดให้เป็นศาลชั้นต้น	Section 2 Courts of first instance are the Civil Court, the Southern Bangkok Civil Court, the Thon Buri Civil Court, the Criminal Court, the Southern Bangkok Criminal Court, the Thon Buri Criminal Court, provincial courts, municipal courts, and other courts of justice which are designated as courts of first instance by their constituent acts.
