มาตรา ๕[5.i] ให้ประธานศาลฎีกามีหน้าที่วางระเบียบราชการฝ่ายตุลาการของศาลยุติธรรมเพื่อให้กิจการของศาลยุติธรรมดำเนินไปโดยเรียบร้อยและเป็นระเบียบเดียวกัน และให้ประธานศาลฎีกามีอำนาจให้คำแนะนำแก่ผู้พิพากษาในการปฏิบัติตามระเบียบวิธีการต่าง ๆ ที่กำหนดขึ้นโดยกฎหมายหรือโดยประการอื่นให้เป็นไปโดยถูกต้อง

Section 5[5.a] The President of the Supreme Court of Justice shall bear the duty to law down Courts of Justice Judicial Service Rules so as to enable the conduct of business of the courts of justice in an orderly and uniform manner. And the President of the Supreme Court of Justice shall have the power to give advice to judges in relation to the correct observance of rules and processes as determined by law or otherwise determined.
