When the position of presiding judge of a provincial court or presiding judge of a municipal court falls vacant, or when the holder of the said position becomes unable to carry out his official service, the most senior judge in such court shall act in such capacity. If the most senior person in the court is unable to carry out his official service, the judge next in line of seniority of that court shall act.
In the event that there is no person to act in accordance with paragraph 2, the President of the Supreme Court of Justice may order a particular judge to act.
No senior judge[8.1] or junior judge[8.2] shall act in the capacity of any position under paragraph 1.
