Your little ones, your wives, and the convert that is within your camp, from the cutter of your wood to the drawer of your water:

טַפְּכֶ֣ם נְשֵׁיכֶ֔ם וְגֵ֣רְךָ֔ אֲשֶׁ֖ר בְּקֶ֣רֶב מַחֲנֶ֑יךָ מֵחֹטֵ֣ב עֵצֶ֔יךָ עַ֖ד שֹׁאֵ֥ב מֵימֶֽיךָ׃

Rashi

from the cutter of your wood	מֵחֹטֵ֣ב עֵצֶ֔יךָ
This teaches that Canaanites came to convert in the days of Moshe, like the way that the Gibeonites came in the days of Yehoshua. And this is what is says about the Gibeonites (Yehoshua 9:4), “And they also acted with craftiness,” and Moshe gave to them [to be] woodcutters and drawers of water.	מלמד שבאו כנענים להתגייר בימי משה, כדרך שבאו גבעונים בימי יהושע. וזהו האמור בגבעונים (יהושע ט, ד) ויעשו גם המה בערמה, ונתנם משה חוטבי עצים ושואבי מים:

Sforno

Your little ones, your wives	טַפְּכֶ֣ם נְשֵׁיכֶ֔ם
Because it is fitting that their actions should be with the agreement of the fathers and husbands.	שֶׁרָאוּי שֶׁיִּהְיוּ מַעֲשֵׂיהֶם בְּהַסְכָּמַת הָאָבות וְהַבְּעָלִים.
from the cutter of your wood to the drawer of your water	מֵחטֵב עֵצֶיךָ עַד שׁאֵב מֵימֶיךָ.
From the first of the woodcutter until the last of the drawers, like (I Samuel 15:3) "From the infant to the suckling, from the ox to the ewe, from the camel to the donkey."	מִן הָרִאשׁון שֶׁבַּחוטְבִים עַד הָאַחֲרון שֶׁבַּשּׁואֲבִים, כְּמו "מֵעולֵל וְעַד יונֵק, מִשּׁור וְעַד שֶׂה, מִגָּמָל וְעַד חֲמור" (שמואל-א טו, ג).
