The prophets of Israel [are] men of mercy, and reprove the nations of the world to withdraw...
Ibn Ezra
[edit]And now, kings
They are the kings of the Earth. And wise up is the opposite of: against God. And be restricted is the opposite of: their bindings. And judges of the land are rulers.
