Why did you assemble, and I appointed for Myself this one to rule and to king on Zion, the mountain of My Holiness.
Ibn Ezra

I Kinged. And the intention is that he is My prince, as the five kings of Midian, which were (Joshua 13:21): princes of Sihon. And know that the construct state sometimes is from the honored to the contemptible, and its opposite, as (Psalm 44:5): You are my King God...
