Translation:Mishnah/Seder Moed/Tractate Pesachim/Chapter 4/1

Where it is the custom to do work on the eve of Pesach until midday, we may do work; but where it is the custom not to do work,we may not do work. If one moves from a place where they do work on Pesach eve to where they do not do work, or from a place where they do not do work to where they do work, we require him to keep the stringencies of the place which he has left and the stringencies of the place to which he has gone. No one is allowed to deviate from local custom, so as to avoid conflict.
