Translation:Mishnah/Seder Nashim/Tractate Sotah/Chapter 2/6

And all agree that he may not stipulate with her concerning before she was betrothed, and not on after they are divorced. If she is hidden with another and is defiled and afterwards returns - He may not stipoulate with her. This is the rule: Any time which she would not be prohibited to him - He is not able to stipulate with her.
