Paragraph 1- If there was an olive press built in the walls of a mountain and a garden on top of it and four tefachim or more of the roof of the olive press opened up, the owner of the garden may go down and plant below until the owner of the press creates arches. The owner of the upper level will then repair the floor of his garden and plant the entire garden.
