Paragraph 1- If one wants to purchase an item from another and the seller says he is selling for 200 and the buyer says he will only buy for 100, and each party went home and then came together and the buyer pulled this item without specifying and the seller had pursued the buyer and gave him the item, the buyer would only be required to give 100. If it was the buyer who went and pulled the item without specifying, he would be required to give 200. If they originally had a set price between them and the buyer pulled without specifying, we say certainly it was done on the original price.
