Paragraph 1- If one rents a mill from another where the cost was that the renter would grind 20 seah of wheat every month for the owner and owner later becomes wealthy and did not need the grinding, and the renter has wheat he needs to grind for himself or others, we would force him to pay the value of the 20 seah he was supposed to grind because not doing so would be a Sodomite character trait. If he does not have whom to grind for, he may say he does not have money and I am grinding for you just like we made up and if you don’t need the wheat you may sell it to others.
