Paragraph 1- If one incites another’s dog on another, he would be exempt under human law and liable under heavenly law, The owner of the dog would be liable for half the damage because since he knows that if someone incited his dog the dog would bite, he should not have left it. If the person incited it against himself, the owner of the dog would be exempt because one is exempt in any case where one deviates and another comes along and deviates.
