Translation:Shulchan Aruch/Orach Chaim/155
Appearance
155: To go from the Synagogue to the Beit Midrash. Contains 2 seifim.
1 After one left the synagogue, he should go the beit midrash and fix a time to learn. And that time needs to be fixed, such that he shouldn't miss it, even if he thinks he could make a big profit. Gloss: And even someone who does not know how to learn should go to the beit midrash, and he gets the reward for getting himself there. Or he should fix himself a place and learn a little in that which he knows, and think about his affairs, and the fear of Heaven will enter into his heart (Rabbi Yonah, first chapter of Berakhot).
2 Before going to the beit midrash he may eat morning bread, if he is so accustomed; and it is good to accustom himself in this.
