1 One who bought a Tallit and made tzitzit for it, should say the blessing of Shehechiyanu because it is not any less than new vessels. Gloss: And if one did not say the blessing at the time of making, he says the blessing at the first time of wrapping [Maimonides and Nimmukei Yosef].
