If a non-Jewish Guest Interferes with the Eruv |
אינו יהודי אכסנאי אם מעכב |

Paragraph 1 - If a non-Jew comes to lodge and he enters without permission, he can never render forbidden. If he enters with permission and he comes regularly, he forbids immediately. If he doesn't come regularly, he does not render forbidden until he stays for thirty days. |
סעיף א - אינו יהודי הנכנס לשם אכסנאות, אם נכנס שלא ברשות אינו אוסר לעולם, ואם נכנס ברשות, אם הוא רגיל לבא אוסר מיד, ואם אינו רגיל, אינו אוסר על לאחר שלשים יום. |

Paragraph 2 - If the king's army enters Jewish houses, whether they are welcomed forcefully or willingly, and the hosts have objects that are forbidden to carry on Shabbat in those houses where the non-Jews came, they do not render forbidden. |
סעיף ב - אנשי חיל המלך שנכנסו בבתי היהודים, בין בחזקה בין ברצון, אם יש לבעלי בתים באותן מקומות שנכנסו האינם יהודים כלים שאסור לטלטלם בשבת, אינם אוסרים עליהם. |
