Hametz that Passover Passed Over	דין חמץ שעבר עליו הפסח
Paragraph 1 - the hametz of a non-Jew that passed through Passover is permitted even to be eaten.	סעיף א - חמץ של אינו יהודי שעבר עליו הפסח, מתר אפלו באכילה.
Paragraph 2 - If a non-Jew brings a present of hametz to a Jew on the last day of Passover, the Jew should not accept it, and he also should not make it apparent through his actions that he wants it. It is good for him to say that he does not want to acquire it.	סעיף ב - אם אינו יהודי מביא לישראל דורון חמץ ביום אחרון של פסח, לא יקבלנו הישראל, וגם לא יהא נכר מתוך מעשיו שחפץ בו, וטוב שיאמר שאינו רוצה שיקנה לו רשותו.
Paragraph 3 - It is forbidden to benefit from a Jew's hametz that passed through Passover, even if he left it by accident or by compulsion. If he sold it or gave it to a non-Jew outside of the house before Passover, even if the Jews know the non-Jew and knows that he will not touch it at all but will instead keep it until after Passover and then return it, it is permitted [to attain benefit from such hametz]. This only works if he gives it as a gift with no conditions, or if he sells it completely for a small price, but a gift on the condition that he return it does not work.	סעיף ג - חמץ של ישראל שעבר עליו הפסח, אסור בהנאה, אפלו הניחו שוגג או אונס. ואם מכרו או נתנו לאינו יהודי שמחוץ לבית קדם הפסח, אף על פי שהישראל מכירו לאינו יהודי ויודע בו שלא יגע בו כלל, אלא ישמרנו עד לאחר הפסח ויחזר ויתננו לו, מתר. ובלבד שיתננו לו מתנה גמורה בלי שום תנאי, או שימכרנו לו מכירה גמורה בדבר מועט, אבל מתנה על מנת להחזיר לא מהני.
Paragraph 4 - A Jew is permitted to tell a non-Jew at or before the fifth hour [of the day preceding Passover], [saying] "Now that you're buying a maneh, take two hundred [manot]. I may need it and then I will take it from you after Passover." However, he cannot sell or give it on a condition. If he did this, he is transgressing [the biblical commandments of] "It shall not be seen" and "It shall not be found."	סעיף ד - רשאי ישראל לומר לאינו יהודי בשעה חמישית או קדם, עד שאתה לוקח חמץ במנה קח במאתים, שמא אצטרך ואקחנו ממך אחר הפסח. אבל לא ימכר לו ולא יתן לו על תנאי, ואם עשה כן הרי זה עובר בבל יראה ובל ימצא.
Paragraph 5 - Hametz that is found in a Jew's house after Passover is forbbiden even if he nullified it.	סעיף ה - חמץ שנמצא בבית ישראל אחר הפסח, אסור אף על פי שבטלו.
Paragraph 6 - It is forbidden to feed his hametz on Passover even to others' or ownerless animals.	סעיף ו - אסור להאכיל חמצו בפסח אפלו לבהמת אחרים או של הפקר.
Paragraph 7 - It is forbidden to give one's animal to a non-Jew to feed it on Passover if he knows that he will feed it barley seeds, which are hametz.	סעיף ז - אסור לתן בהמתו לאינו יהודי לאכילה בימי הפסח, אם הוא יודע שמאכיל אותה פסלת שעורים שהוא חמץ.
