REGTRATION OF JAPANESE NATIONALS

    Section Ⅰ. All persons of japanesse nationality are prohibited from travelling a distance in excese of ten (10) kilos from their Block Association office without written permission from the Military Government through the Civil Police. Such persons are prohibited from travelling any distance whatsoever except for a temporary purpose and such persons must retuen to their abode within their Block Association area bofore curfew on the evening of the same day.


    Section Ⅱ. When announced by the Military Government all persons of Japanese nationality will register in the office of their Block Association. The Block Association leader will accumulate such registrations daily and file them by 1200 noon on each succeeding day, at the city, town, cillage office. The city, town or village office head will file with the Secretariat of the provincial Government the accumulated registrations by 1200 noon on each Monday for the preceding week. The Provicial Government immediately will file all such registrations with the Foreign Affairs Section of the Secretariat of the Government of Korea at Seoul.


    Section Ⅲ. This order will be placed in effect by announcement of Provincial Governoers.


    Section Ⅳ. Any person violating the provisions of this ordinance, ,upon conviction thereof suffer such punishment as the court shall determine.
