NUMBER 23

PROHIBITING SALES OF ALCOGOLIC REVERAGES

SECTION Ⅰ. Effective immediately, all sales, gifts, or transfers by any means of any alcoholic beverage of any strength or proportion of alcohol, except beer which does not contain any proportion of any distilled alcoholic substance, to members of the Armed Forces or civilians of any of the United Nations under the jurisdiction of the United States Army Forces in Korea, are hereby prohibited.

SECTION Ⅱ. Any person violating the provisions of this ordinance, shall, upon conviction of a Military Occupation Court, suffer such punishment as the court shall determine.
