Adopted by the Security Council at its 842nd meeting, on 9 December 1958

The Security Council,

Having examined the application of the Republic of Guinea for membership in the United Nations, [1]

Recommends to the General Assembly that the Republic of Guinea be admitted to membership in the United Nations.
