United Nations Security Council Resolution 173
Adopted by the Security Council at its 1017th meeting, unanimously, on 26 July 1962
The Security Council,
Having examined the application of the Kingdom of Burundi for admission to the United Nations,
Recommends to the General Assembly that the Kingdom of Burundi be admitted to membership in the United Nations.
