United Nations Security Council Resolution 491
Adopted unanimously at the 2302nd meeting, on 23 September 1981.
The Security Council,
Having examined the application of Belize[1] for admission to the United Nations,
Recommends to the General Assembly that Belize should be admitted to membership in the United Nations.
